Nor'easter to bring final day of rain to millions as communities assess flood and beach damage

A lingering nor'easter will deliver a final round of rain to most of the Northeast after the monster storm blasted the coast with 60 mph wind gusts over the weekend, toppling trees and power lines, as well as bringing significant flooding to some coastal communities.
