Millions again face threat of tornadoes, hail, damaging winds
The worst of the weather is expected in mainly eastern Texas and western parts of Arkansas and Louisiana

Hail and intense rain are the primary threats for southeast and central Arkansas as severe weather moves northeast.
Flash Flood Warnings are in place for southeast Jefferson County and northeast Lincoln County until 8 p.m. Between 1 and 3 inches have fallen in the last few hours, according to the NWS.
A school gymnasium has flooded east of the town of Turnertown, Texas near Joinerville, according to the National Weather Service.
The Storm Prediction Center has updated the Tornado Watch, dropping several areas from the watch until 6 p.m.
The new watch includes southwest Arkansas, northwest Louisiana and central to northeast Texas.
Rusk County emergency managers say multiple people were injured at Whispering Pines RV Park when a possible tornado overturned a cabin and damaged multiple RVs.
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch has been issued until 9 p.m. CDT for parts of Alabama, Kentucky and Tennessee.
Meteorologists warn the threats include damaging wind gusts, hail and isolated tornadoes.

According to the National Weather Service in Shreveport, Louisiana, police spotted a tornado near Mount Enterprise, Texas, on Thursday afternoon. They reported that RVs have been thrown into the air by the twister north of Mount Enterprise.
The NWS has extended the Tornado Warning for DeBerry, Texas until 3 p.m. CT.
A new Tornado Warning has been issued for southwest Panola and southeast Rusk counties until 3:15 p.m. CT.
An emergency manager has reported tornado damage along FM-1251 and County Road 262 to the northeast of Henderson, according to NWS. No word on any injuries yet.
In addition to the severe weather threat, flash flooding is also possible across Texas and the mid-South. Remember, it is never safe to drive through water covering a road. Turn around, don't drown.
A Tornado Watch has been issued for a large part of eastern Texas, as well as southwest Arkansas and northwest Louisiana. It is in effect until 6 p.m. Central and includes places like Texarkana, Shreveport, Huntsville, Waco and Austin.
