Soaking rain heads to the Gulf Coast to start the week

The FOX Forecast Center is monitoring a developing area of low pressure along the Gulf Coast that will bring heavy rain and a chance of thunderstorms this weekend into early next week. While some areas could see a soaking rain on Sunday, by Monday, the same low-pressure system will dip south and move eastward toward the Florida Peninsula, where storms could pack a stronger punch
