Torrential rainfall in South Texas on Thursday triggered multiple Flash Flood Emergencies throughout the Rio Grande Valley. Roads near Alamo, Texas, were inundated, with abandoned and submerged cars stretching as far as the eye can see along I-2. Four Flash Flood Emergencies were declared across Hidalgo and Cameron counties.
