Temperatures in Springfield, Missouri, on Wednesday will break records by only rising to about 13 to 14 degrees, and dropping to around negative 4 to negative 5 degrees. Areas around the state have also received record snowfall. FOX Weather Storm Specialist Mike Seidel reports from Springfield.
