STAY OFF THE ICE: Tactical crews from the Indianapolis Fire Department attempted to recover a vehicle submerged in a frozen river

Crews found visible activity on the frozen lake such as bike tracks and written messages. Teams were unable to recover the vehicle and will wait until the spring for the ice to melt.
