Polar Plunge: FOX Minneapolis meteorologist raising millions for charity

FOX Minneapolis Meteorologist Ian Leonard joins FOX Weather's Ian Oliver to talk about the start of polar plunge season this weekend. Over 17 years, he has completed the polar plunge 488 times raising money for Special Olympics Minnesota. He has raised $20 million in his lifetime. Last year, he raised $5.4 million in 10 weekends.
