Back-to-back storms target the east with weekend snow and rain

The FOX Forecast Center is monitoring back-to-back systems that are set to bring a mix of heavy rain and snow to the Eastern third of the country starting Saturday and continuing through Monday. As these systems depart, they will help usher in the frigid temperatures of the expected arctic outbreak.
