Atmospheric river brings flood threat to Southern California; severe weather to San Francisco

A powerful storm is soaking much of California Wednesday threatening mudlow flooding in the burn scar areas of Southern California while to the north, thunderstorms have brought gusts near 60 mph to San Francisco.
