Coldest weather of the season on the way for many east of the Rocky Mountains

The coldest and most widespread Arctic air outbreak this winter will send nearly everyone east of the Rockies into the deep starting Saturday and lasting all next week. Temperatures will plummet as much as 45 degrees below average which will lead to below zero temperatures across at least 20 states.
