Life-threatening arctic blast, winter storm prompts state of emergency in New Jersey

FOX Weather Meteorologist Jane Minar is in Jersey City where the governor has issued a state of emergency because of the winter storm likely to create hazardous weather and travel conditions across the Garden State. So far more than 1,000 flights across the Northeast have been impacted by the winter storm.
