Two years ago, an EF-4 tornado destroyed parts of Rolling Fork, Mississippi, including the South Delta Animal Rescue. By "a miracle" all the animals survived. Board Member Julia Clark joined FOX Weather to talk about the adoption of all the pets and rebuilding after the deadly tornado.
