Floodwaters from the Salt River have submerged sections of Shepherdsville, Kentucky, leaving streets, parks and even churches underwater. As the water recedes, local businesses are now facing the aftermath. Among them is Bark N Bubbles, a pet grooming shop that has become a symbol of local resilience.
