Historic flash flood threat develops

Flooding was underway on Thursday in Nashville, Tennessee. Cars were seen stuck in floodwaters in South Nashville, the Bellevue neighborhood was inundated as creeks flowed well out of their banks. The National Weather Service said 'generational flooding' possible from Arkansas to Indiana through weekend.
