Southern California fire danger takes brief pause as next Santa Ana event looms

Californians and Angelenos can breathe a sigh of relief as improving weather conditions give them their longest break in the threat for more fires since the historic Santa Ana event on Jan. 7. However, the threat is set to return next week as extremely dry air and potentially strong winds are set to take over Southern California once again.
