A trough dips south into the end of the workweek allowing for a coastal low to develop Friday moving up the coast and bringing rain through the Northeast through Sunday. Rain begins across the I-95 corridor late Friday night. Waking up early Saturday rain continues with some snow in the higher terrain across northern New England.
