Ohio and Tennessee valleys threatened by severe weather on warm side of winter storm

On the warm side of a winter storm tracking across the Midwest on Wednesday, strong to severe thunderstorms are possible from Tennessee and Kentucky into southern Ohio and western West Virginia. Damaging wind gusts, hail and an isolated tornado are the primary threats.
