FOX Weather Meteorologist Stephen Morgan met the Harper family, who were visiting Charleston from Houston. During their conversation, 7-year-old Abby Harper told Morgan that she loves to watch FOX Weather and how she follows the weather because she likes "to know the future" and "to get prepared".
