Rain helping with California wildfire efforts but leading to mudslides, debris flows in burn scar areas

Much-needed rain arrived in Southern California on Sunday, and while it’s been helping with the ongoing wildfire efforts it’s also leading to some flash flooding as well as mud and debris flows in recent burn scar areas around Los Angeles.
