Blizzard Warning sweeps into parts of North Dakota

The National Weather Service in Grand Forks, North Dakota, are expecting ground blizzard conditions Saturday across much of eastern North Dakota, especially the Devils Lake Basin and upland area west of the Red River corridor. Northwest wind at 40 to 50 mph will produce widespread blowing and drifting snow, with visibilities often below 1/4 mile. Whiteout conditions will be possible at times.
