Heavy snow impacts Northern Ohio

A winter storm dumped heavy snow on parts of Morrow County, in north-central Ohio, on Feb 4, 2002. This video, streamed live on Facebook by the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office, shows a plow truck driving to clear snow on County Road 101. The National Weather Service issued a winter weather advisory for parts of northern Ohio on Friday, warning of “treacherous” driving conditions causing accidents in many areas.
