Atmospheric river could dump 5 inches of rain along coast of Pacific Northwest

A series of Pacific low-pressure systems fueled by an "extreme" atmospheric river are expected to bring more heavy rain and mountain snow from the Pacific Northwest to the northern Rockies through the week ahead.
