After weathering the COVID-19 pandemic -- a storm unlike any other -- the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival is back and better than ever this year. The city's beloved celebration of music and culture kicked off Friday night. Tens of thousands of people are descending on the city for the outdoor event, and the weather could spoil some of the fun.
