Severe weather moving across Northern Plains

Scattered thunderstorms are expected Saturday afternoon and evening from parts of the northern Rockies eastward across much of the northern Plains. Damaging wind gusts and large hail are the main threats, but a few tornadoes are also possible, particularly in central and eastern North Dakota and northwestern Minnesota.
