Minneapolis at risk for strong to severe storms Saturday

Morning rain on Saturday across much of the Northern Plains will transition into a more concentrated area of thunderstorms across southern Minnesota, northern Iowa and Wisconsin. Pockets of flash flooding appear likely in these areas and will be heaviest here with 1 to 3 inches expected and up to 6 inches possible.
