All of New Hampshire experiencing drought condtions, some parts in 'severe' drought

All of New Hampshire is under a drought, and the southeastern part of the state is in a severe drought. With water restrictions in place for many of the communities, the rain forecast to fall this week will not be enough to change the situation. FOX Weather's Nicole Valdes reports.
