'Terrifying moment': FOX 4 Dallas reporter describes seeing Robert Ray rescue woman

FOX 4 Dallas reporter Shannon Murray pulled up to get video of the flooding in downtown Dallas and moments later, FOX Weather's Robert Ray had to rescue a woman from her vehicle. There was another vehicle completely submerged just ahead of hers.
