Texas Gulf coast will be rainy, chilly as storm system dampens beginning of workweek

After a weekend soaker, where about a half-inch of rain fell in the Houston metro with over an inch along the coast, more showers are expected along the Texas Gulf coast Monday as a storm system slides across the state.
