Light snow to break out in the Plains on Monday

Light snow will break out sometime Monday across the Plains as an area of low pressure moves off the Rockies. As the low begins to strengthen, the snow will increase in its coverage an intensity on Tuesday. Snow will likely stretch from Colorado to Minnesota. It will then wind down on Wednesday as the low pressure moves north into Canada.
