Another round of rain eyes mid-Atlantic, Northeast I-95 corridor through Wednesday

An area of rain is expected to expand north into the mid-Atlantic and Northeast Tuesday and Wednesday as a low-pressure system tracks across the eastern U.S. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain is possible along much of the Interstate 95 corridor through Wednesday.
