Creek flooding put California animal sanctuary under water

Sloppy Seconds, Inc., a non-profit animal sanctuary, was under water following their creek flooding on New Year’s Eve. The fence that protects their animals was knocked down and buried, and they have been told that it needs to be completely replaced.
