Winter storm will bring snow as far south as Texas panhandle, Oklahoma

Snow will break out early Tuesday morning across parts of the Texas Panhandle as a developing low pressure system strengthens. By midday Tuesday, the core of the system will be centered over North Texas, with snow expected across the majority of Oklahoma.
