Minnesota embraces cold with annual Saint Paul Winter Carnival

Minnesota is embracing the cold with their 137th annual Saint Paul Winter Carnival. This century-long tradition attracts over 100,000 visitors a year. It's also a huge fundraiser for the city with a $2 to $3 million economic impact. The carnival celebrates Saint Paul's unique history with fun festivities for 10 days.
