California state parks face challenges after historic rain

Southern California parks are struggling to reopen after last month's historic rain event. All the damaged roads, flooded creeks and eroded beaches are leaving counties like Santa Barbara and Ventura with their work cut out for them. Luckily, they're starting to make some progress.
