Winter storm bringing snow, ice to Upper Midwest, parts of Northeast

A Winter Storm is set impact the Upper-Midwest and New England to start the work week. Ice and snow will first impact parts of Minnesota, Wisconsin and Michigan on Monday. Snow will spread into the Northeast Monday night and continue through Tuesday.
