Multiday flash flood threat expected for parts of the South

A multiday flash flood threat is expected to develop across the Southern Plains on Wednesday and expand into the Mid-Mississippi Valley on Thursday. Heavy rain will fall across some of the same region that experienced flash flooding last week.
