Atmospheric river continues blasting California, threat of flooding very high

The threat of flooding remains very high in California. More than 5 inches of rain has fallen in the coastal mountains south of the Bay Area. FOX Weather correspondent Max Gorden reports from Soquel where floodwaters washed away roads.
