California gears up for another major atmospheric river with dangerous flooding

One difference from the previous atmospheric river will be the addition of a strong low pressure moving into California on Tuesday. High wind warnings and watches are in place ahead of this low pressure and any damaging wind gusts could knock out power or trees across the region. 50-60 MPH wind gusts over an already saturated ground will likely create many disruptions.
