Atmospheric rivers help counter California's drought

Jessica Bean, Assistant Deputy Director for the State Water Resources Control Board Division of Water Rights, noted many reservoirs in California have witnessed above-average water levels for this time of year and that healthy snowpack should improve storage levels.
