California bracing for more rain, feet of snow as potent system moves onshore
A powerful system is moving onshore from the Pacific into the West Coast through Thursday. Upwards of 3-5" of locally heavy rainfall may cause flash flooding over the central California coast, especially given recent heavy rainfall.
