Southern California begins replenishing water storage thanks to increased supply

With winter storms increasing the availability of water supplies that were extremely limited during the punishing drought, Metropolitan Water District marked a major milestone this week as it began refilling Diamond Valley Lake -- Southern California’s largest reservoir -- for the first time in three years.
