'That's a significant flood': Mississippi River reaches major flood stage in the Quad Cities

The water levels on the Mississippi in the Quad Cities of Iowa and Illinois are have reached major flood stage. The National Weather Service predicts by the end of the weekend the Mississippi River at the Quad Cities will be over 21 feet, the record is 22.7 set back in 2019. FOX Weather's Robert Ray reports.
