Multiday flash flood threat stretches from southern Plains to northern Rockies this week

Days of storms are expected from the southern Plains through the northern Rockies due to a stagnant weather pattern. While severe weather is unlikely, flash flooding will be possible as between 1 and 3 inches of rain is expected over the next few days.
