An Escambia County, Florida, sheriff's deputy was helping a driver stranded in floodwater when they were both sucked into a drainage pipe. They were submerged for about 30 seconds and traveled nearly 100 feet under a highway. They eventually resurfaced and are lucky to be alive. The terrifying moment was caught on the deputy's body camera.
