Invest 92L has high chance of tropical development; NHC also monitoring second area in Atlantic

The National Hurricane Center is monitoring Invest 92L, which may become the second named tropical system of the 2023 Atlantic hurricane season, along with an area just east of the invest that could also develop later this week.
