Search for Titanic sub dims as oxygen supply dwindles
A multination search is underway to find a submersible that disappeared Sunday several hundred miles off the coast of Canada destined for the Titanic’s wreckage in the North Atlantic. Jules Jaffe is a research oceanographer at the Scripps Institution of Oceanography. He was also a member of the team that found the wreckage of the Titanic in the 1980s. He joins FOX Weather to share his knowledge of the Atlantic Ocean and the challenges search and rescue teams are facing in the final hours as crews work to find the missing Titanic tourist submersible.
