Tropical Depression Four expected to become Tropical Storm Cindy soon

Tropical Depression Four is continuing to travel across the Atlantic Ocean on the heels of Tropical Storm Bret and is expected to strengthen into Tropical Storm Cindy "soon," according to the National Hurricane Center.
