More than 57 million in Northeast under Flood Watches as heavy rain soaks I-95 corridor

After a couple of occasionally stormy days, the Northeast is bracing for what could be its greatest rainfall event since deadly flooding impacted the region about a week ago. Due to the potential for more life-threatening flooding, Flood Watches have been issued for more than 57 million residents from northern Virginia northward through the entire state of Maine.
