Mayfield, KY neighborhoods flood after record rain

Catastrophic flooding occurred Wednesday in portions of Kentucky where more than 11 inches of rain fell in a relatively short time period. Authorities in Mayfield went door-to-door to evacuate families from their homes as communities prepared for the dire hours ahead.
