Tropical Storm Hilary takes aim at California with significant impacts possible

Tropical Storm Hilary is expected to become a hurricane soon off the southwestern coast of Mexico, and impacts from the storm are expected to begin across Southern California and the Southwest are expected by the end of the week and into next week.
